Introductory Questions

1- Introduce yourself, please. How did you get to be involved in crypto & GoMeat ?

Kanwal Sultan: My name is Kanwal Sultan and I am the ICO Manager for GoMeat. I have been working with GoMeat for over a year. I am so glad that we have finally been able to share our hard work and project with everyone
I have previously worked with GoMeat as a store and driver onboarding lead. In my time here I have been involved in many departments and witnessed just what a trailblazer GoMeat is
GoMeat’s whitepaper was written all the way back in 2017 and the vision had always been blockchain centric, but we first wanted to prove our business case so in 2021, we finally launched GoMeat Token

2- That’s Great! So can you give a brief explanation about ‘GoMeat’? What popped up in your mind to create such a platform in this space?

Kanwal Sultan: GoMeat is the first of its kind business venture catering to $1.7 trillion global (halal+ Kosher) market, already in operations in the United States with 350+ stores on-boarded on GoMeat platform with 6,500+ orders processed, generating a gross volume of $300K in 2020 — we have already proved the concept and have a valid business case for expansion globally. GOMT is a utility token offering an enormous value proposition to all our stakeholders, such as customers (convenience and reliability) stores (digitalization + increase in revenues + operational efficiencies) + token holders (besides several utilities as mentioned in white paper, it’s a deflationary token with regular burn plan and a plan to enlist in recognized exchanges). Despite the size of this market, you will be shocked to know that over 90% of stores have yet to go digital, and until the start of GoMeat, these consumers had no specialized delivery service to use. Our founders themselves are specialty meat consumers with busy schedules and frequent traveling, Thus the idea came quite naturally!

3- what are the main features that discern you from other projects and what robust advantages do you have?
Kanwal Sultan: Unlike other crypto projects which are merely ideas on a whitepaper, GoMeat is a revenue-generating business with over 4500 loyal customers. We are built on Hydra chain and their team has been highly supportive and helpful during the whole process. 4- Sounds great! can you provide an overview on how GoMeat is being used & GoMeat Solutions for the Specialty food industry?

5- How has the experience and background of your team been effective in the success of your project so far?

Kanwal Sultan: Collectively our 5 founders have over 100 years of experience in setting up and running businesses around the world. For instance, GoMeat CEO Waqas Sidiqi has been working with SAP America, Inc. as a Delivery Executive. Our founders themselves are consumers of specialty meat thus they are well aware of the struggles of being a specialty consumer and how the industry operates. In summary, I would say that Global experience and being a consumer themselves has been the ideal experience for running GoMeat. While this is our team’s first venture in crypto but they have been running GoMeat successfully for over 3 years. 6- Can you share more details about the GoMeat Tokenomics? is there any particular vesting schedule if so can you share more about it?

Kanwal Sultan: GoMeat is a deflationary utility token with a limited supply of 5 million. These 5 million have been allocated as follows: Pre-ICO Sale 8% ICO Sale 27% Exchanges & Liquidity 5% Reward Management 5% Future Reserves for Expansion 25% Teams & Founders 20% Reserve for Hydra Incentive 10% Unless you have a private placement (tokens above 25k), there is no vesting period involved, all tokens will be distributed once the ICO has ended, Our Tier 2 will be ending in 2 days so make sure you guys head on to https://gomeat.io/icopanel/ to buy some before the bonus decreases. 7- How long did it take to develop this project? What plans do you have for the future? And what can we expect from GoMeat? If possible could you please share the road map with us?

Kanwal Sultan: GoMeat whitepaper was written all the way back in 2017 but we wanted to prove the business case before we set upon our vision for a blockchain-based transparent industry. We started with one pilot store in 2019 in New Jersey, USA, and today we are proud to announce that we have over 350 stores on our platform. For this year we are aiming to reach our target of 600 stores. By the end of this year, we will also have GoMeat Token listed on exchanges. Once we have covered over 40% of the market in the US, something we are planning to do within next year then we will be expanding our services to other Western Countries. The most important agenda on our roadmap is the blockchain-based specialty certification which will truly empower specialty consumers and digitalize the entire industry. 1- @keerthanagkc I hear that GoMeat has been in business since 2019,350+ stores (till September 2021). May I know these are situated globally or in a special region? If you plan it globally, how can you bring this to the world?

Kanwal Sultan: Perfect question, we get this often! GoMeat has been operational and revenue-generating since 2019 in the USA. We started off with one pilot store in New Jersey, USA and now we have expanded to over 15 cities and multiple states. Chicago, Georgia, Austin, Tampa are a few of our locations. Going global is definitely on our roadmap. We will be expanding to Europe in 2023 once we have conquered over 40% of the US market.

2- @strategionks Referral program is one of the main features in many projects which helps them sustain in the market along with a chance to motivate their users to bring new users, may I know more about GoMeat referral system? If I refer a subordinate, it will benefit both?

3- @rahulcheckmate As I go through the website, I saw some mentions regarding Halal meat, etc. May I know if the GoMeat is intended for a special religious interest? What is specialty meat? Where is GoMeat currently operational?

Kanwal Sultan: Yes, so GoMeat focuses on specialty meat, groceries, and food. Specialty meats are prepared under special conditions thus may be more hygienic and its consumers are willing to pay a premium price for it. Specialty is not just halal, it also includes kosher. While there are over 1.8 billion specialty consumers globally but I can assure you that it extends to non-Muslims and non-Jews too. For instance, our data from the past 3 years shows that over 50% of our customers belong to neither religion. How interesting is that!
I would also like to take this moment to state that GoMeat is not a religious body dictating halal/kosher. We are merely a technology/logistic startup that connects consumers with their local specialty stores. Specialty stores and GoMeat are not just there to serve religion, our services are open to anyone interested in getting some local, fresh, ethnic specialty foods!

1- You mentioned an affiliate program when you answered about the referral, can u explain how it's different from others? from Omer Nadeem

Kanwal Sultan: Hi Omer, I’m so glad you picked up that and asked. Okay, so we recently introduced a highly lucrative affiliate program. It may seem similar to a referral program essentially but please note that our affiliate program is only applicable on private placements of over 30k GOMT. if you can convince someone to buy over 30k GOMT then you yourself will get up to 50% of the bonus GOMT based on how much they bought. So the more they buy. The more you make! GoMeat will be going to the moon and getting listed soon, so this really is an amazing way to get in on the action without spending a dime!

2- Where are you currently operational? I understand that you have to bring stores onboard your platform for customers to order from — What is the process? How do you, onboard drivers? by Wasim Ali

Kanwal Sultan: Hi Wasim, as mentioned earlier currently we are only operational in some cities in the USA but we are working hard to expand and go global. As I have also briefly worked in these 2 departments so I can give yo an overview but for a detailed answer make sure you join our Telegram group. Our store onboarding team will first make a list of all specialty stores in an area. Next, the team will start contacting them and pitch GoMeat to them. If they agree then we ask for their menu. Have the store uploaded on our dashboard and make them live. For drivers, we rely on placing ads on the web and have them send in the required info. If a driver matches our requirements then our team contacts them to have them set up !

3- From what I read on your page, GoMeat since 2019 your local halal / koster store goes digital with GoMeat Technology Platform technology, Being, “koster and halal food is that prepared according to the religious norms and customs of Muslims? In GoMeat, they follow the laws on the feeding of the believers (the Torah and the Koran) where they choose which are the animals that can be sacrificed and how to do it? from Dary

Kanwal Sultan: Hi Dary, again I would like to clarify here that GoMeat does not act as a religious body. What constitutes halal/kosher is for the local specialty certification to decide and for the customer. But we do take care to Confirm if the store is indeed specialty and to ask for them go provide a certificate. But like I said, at the end of the day it is for the customer to device what they consider permissable

4- You are listed as one of Hydra Projects. Why did you decide to build on HydraChain? Has the team been helpful? from Malik

Kanwal Sultan: Hi Malik, I was hoping Someone would ask us about hydra so I’m really happy to see this question. We chose Hydra for multiple reasons, the details of this will take up too much time so I’ll just mention some important pointers. Hydra has a low and predictable transaction fee It’s utxo model provides high scalability It provides gas royalty for businesses And to answer your last question, yes.
